We have created a new wide tire installation kit for Twin Cam™ and EVO™ Softail frames from 1990 and up.

The Penz BIG WHEEL swingarm “Marlin” is CNC machined and accepts tires up to 250-series on a 9“ rim. It has an anchor point to take the OEM brake and is supplied with axle and cover plates and stainless steel hardware.

The BIG WHEEL rear fender is 11“ wide with integrated struts. It has an electrical compartment and rounded safe-edges.

Swingarm, fender and struts may be ordered as a conversion kit or as individual items.

TüV approval for the swing arm comes with it.
